Grant, 1403, September 29. 4-5 Henry IV.

(1) Grant for a term of 19 years by Humfrey Beauchamp of Waysshfelde (Devon) to Walter Baker of Waysshfelde and Cecilia his wife of a meadow in Waysshfelde called Tounmede at an annual rent of one grain of wheat. Given on Saturday, the feast of St. Michael the Archangel, 4 Henry IV. (2) Acquittance by Humfrey Beauchamp of Waysshfelde to Walter Baker and Cecilia his wife for 5s. paid as one year's rent for a messuage and 40 acres of land and meadow in Waysshfelde which they hold of him in right of Cecilia for a term of 19 years from Michaelmas last, and release of the rent for the rest of the term. Given 10 January, 5 Henry IV.
